New Orleans City Park Hosts First-Ever Bunny Hops Event with

Adult Egg Hunt and Beer Sampling

(New Orleans) – March 21, 2019

WHAT: Just in time for spring, celebrate at the newest New Orleans City Park event for adults: Bunny Hops! The evening’s fun includes an adult egg hunt in Storyland and the Best Bunny Ears Costume Contest. Guests can enjoy open beer bars with Urban South’s Paradise Park, Michelob, and other spring varieties along with fried catfish, fries, and Jell-O shots.

Dance to the music of a DJ and ‘hop aboard’ the amusement park’s many rides! Join your friends on the ladybug roller coaster, wacky shack, miniature train, carousel, tilt-a-whirl, musik express, bumper cars, slime buckets, coney tower, fun slide, scrambler, or the Ferris wheel.

The 1st Annual Egg Hunt will take place in Storyland at 8:45 p.m. Prizes inside the eggs include New Orleans City Park event tickets, candy, and libations!

Attendees are invited to wear their best, wildest, or worst bunny ears to the event. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd prizes will be awarded.

Guests may bring one bottle of wine or one bottle of champagne per person. No other outside beverages will be allowed. Check in with our Wine Concierge upon entering the event and they will be happy to pour your beverage as the night goes on. No coolers are allowed at this event.

WHEN: Saturday, April 20 (rain date April 21st)

TIME: 7:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.

WHERE: Carousel Gardens Amusement Park

PRICE: $30/person

Purchase tickets online at NewOrleansCityPark.com. Tickets will be scanned. Tickets on phones can be scanned with the phone at full brightness. Attendees must be 21 years old or older to attend this event. No children are allowed at the event.

Guests are encouraged to purchase tickets ahead of time, as we expect the event to be sold out.
